You need to activate the CME exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed That should go into effect in about three minutes and then after that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
