I receive an error message say something about memory full and it stop update the chart. I deleted files in my hard drive to have more memory and update Sierra chart to Version 2315 64-bit (39212). shut down computer, restart and my chart still not update. I think the file get corrupted and not update. please help. I have account with AMP and I think they are using CQG data. Please provide step by step how to fix it, even I need to uninstaller and reinstall but I do not want to lose my current chart books? Thank you.
