You need to connect to your CQG account once a month to authorize the CME real-time and historical data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Here are instructions:

There is no need to translate any symbols. Just connect and disconnect and then switch back to Rithmic.

Once that is done re-download the data in your charts you use with Rithmic:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
