The reason you are not getting the real-time data is that you have not properly completed the Exchange Agreements. You need to put down the actual broker for which you have a live, funded, futures trading account. Keep in mind, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that can be verified in order to get the non-professional exchange rates for the CME Group data.
