There is nothing else you need to do. You will not be charged the Professional rates, that is not how we do it. If you are going to continue to use Sierra Chart, then we recommend changing to a different package, which will give you the "refund" of the package cost difference by extending your Usage Time. Since you were on package 11, you would want to change to Package 5.
