This is a Rithmic historical data issue. We are wasting far too much time with these kinds of problems. This is just not worth our time. We really wish people would not be using things like One up trader. We do not want to provide support for that. You must have a funded trading account as explained here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges And you must also activate the exchange you require here and pay the exchange fee and understand CME market data policy: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed We cannot provide and we do not provide any help for Rithmic market data. Do not ask us for help with Rithmic market data because we provide no support for that at all. As we said this is not worth our time. Pay the exchange fee and open a proper funded trading account.
