Yes John, I updated my phone to my UK number yesterday as requested. I am sorry I am being aggressive, but I am trying my very best to work with you. If you think it's my ISP firewall I have the luxury of getting you an engineer from my ISP who will work with you! I understand your software, like any, can have glitches. Let's please solve this together. Other people in my OFL group had gaps this week. They solved theirs by emptying the charts. I tried it with Ray, with Fleri from OFL, and with another super clued in guy and all three times despite clearing old data the missing 11 hrs wouldn't reload. I hate bugging you and being a miserable old cow, but I need that data. And ALL of us need to know why it happened so to help others in the future. I am here all day and look forward to speaking to someone from SC. Again Gigaclear's staff will work with you on stuff that I would never in a million years understand. Many thanks, Karen |
