At times I would like to sell when price gets to a specific level. However when I try to do that by putting a stop limit order at a specific price, my trade is executed at the current price. For example I want to sell at 4350 and currently price is at 4360. When I enter the order via the DOM and click the price 4350 to place my standing order - the orders gets executed immediately at the current price - which in this case would be 4360. Any idea why is this happening? and if there is a workaround for this? thanks |
