We became aware of a problem serving historical data which is delayed by a certain amount like 10 or 15 minutes, that has always existed.

The amount of delay, was being increased by the additional amount of time to serve the data to the client user.

So if a historical data download takes 60 seconds, and the normal delay is 10 minutes, therefore the data would be delayed by 11 minutes and this may result in a gap at the end of the chart. The extent of the gap, would depend upon the amount of stored time and sales data from the delayed streaming data feed.

The historical data servers have been updated to resolve this issue.

This issue only occurs with delayed historical data. Not real-time data.
