Anti-Virus software sometimes comes up as an issue for starting Sierra Chart. You have to look through the particular software you have for how to white-list an item, but you should be able to do it. The file that you want to white-list is called SierraChart_64.exe (you may not see the .exe depending on your folder settings) and is located in the main Sierra Chart folder (typically this is C:\SierraChart). Sometimes anti-virus can also remove the file SierraChartStudies_64.dll (located in the same folder as SierraChart_64.exe) and UserContributedStudies_64.dll (located in the Data folder under the main Sierra Chart folder), so you should add these as well if you are making the update.
