We need more information. In particular, if your Auto-Threshold is high, then it's possible that there simply were not any trades that were greater than the threshold. So the first thing to do is to make sure the threshold is low enough to show some data and then see if you still are not getting anything. If that is the case, then we would need to see your Chartbook with the chart in it with that study on it so we can see how you have it set and why the information is not showing.
