my question this is done by sierra chart to blocked people to use the data outside the sierra chart platform .
Absolutely not. We have the study available to allow you to export the data. We have no problem with you doing whatever you need to with it. Whatever issues you are having are going to be related to how the data is imported and how Excel and Pandas deal with it. Open up the file in Notepad or Notepad++ or WordPad and you will see that the data itself is straightforward and does not contain anything "special" to prevent importing.
