Sierra deleted the filled, but not acknowledged, opening market order.
Do you mean after a period of time it was marked as Canceled? That is what would happen if it is not acknowledged after a period of time or when you reconnect to the data feed or refresh the order list and it is no longer being provided as a working/filled order.
