Thank you for looking into this situation I appreciate that Sierra has no control over connectivity or CQG issues.
Sierra deleted the filled, but not acknowledged, opening market order. This was a simple market order and my understanding was that these were impossible to delete. It was of course necessary to delete it in order to prevent a double fill.
Hopefully this situation will not recur, however if it does I would like to know after what period the order will be cancelled.
Have searched the online manual but not able to locate any reference to this action.
Please advise
