Hello, This morning I update SierraChart to the lastest version (2314). Since this update, I have two problems. SC connects to Rithmic but for the Dow Jones, but it can't download the chart. It says "Downloading Historical Data. Mars may not appear until done" but it never download. Even after 1 hour. As you can see on the attached screenshot. For the FDAX it's worse. SC displays nothing as you can see on the second image. I search on the website but I don't find the solution. I try this Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service but it change nothing. I hope you can help me. Best regards, Nicolas |
