When you sign up with AMP you will need to get setup with a trading service. This will be either CQG or Rithmic. Depending on which one you get setup with you will then need to follow our Setup Instructions for the specific service. For CQG refer to these Setup Instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For Rithmic, refer to these Setup Instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions --------------- In terms of the real-time data, you need to re-do your Exchange Agreements. You need to enter the information that you have an AMP account in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and then you can mark yourself as a Non-Professional in the Non-Professional Certification. --------------- Once you have completed the above items, then you should be getting real-time data. But, we did notice that you activated two exchanges that include the other, so you only need one of them. The difference in the exchanges that you have activated is that one includes Market Depth data and the other does not. You will want to deactivate whichever one you do not want right away, so you do not get charged again for it at the start of October.
