With regards to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, there are two components. The first is Package 11, which includes the data feed fee. The second is the exchange fees. In your case, since you just want the MYM, you would probably want one of the following exchanges, depending on whether you want Market Depth data or not: - CBOT non-professional top-of-book - CBOT with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts But, there are lots of options depending on what symbols you need for your trading. In general, you need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and it will walk you through everything you need to do.
