Due to a similar problem like this in the past, we had applied a patch relating to service order IDs with Interactive Brokers. Possibly this patch might be causing some unexpected problem. We are going to more reliably solve this to ensure a service order ID is not used twice. Really the way that Interactive Brokers handles Order IDs is very disorganized.
