Live market order placed to short CL no fill data received, after 62sec the order was pulled from Sierra together with attached OCO stop and target orders. After 127 sec the position was shown as open on Sierra, I subsequently closed out with an additional market order which executed correctly. Called AMP to verify currently flat with no orders pending. They confirmed situation and told me that the initial entry order had been filled at the time it was placed (17:42:01 UK time) and suggested I contact Sierra to investigate. My concerns are: 1) Why was this order not acknowledged on Sierra when initially filled? 2) How is it that Sierra deleted market and child orders for a high volume market such as CL?
