The first thing we want to make sure you are aware of is the Text Drawing tools, which will allow you to enter text at any location in a chart. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Type Text | Stationary Text Note that there is not a built-in way to then connect those drawings to an outside program. But, you could build a custom study that would do this for you.
