Translation results As I wrote above, everything is OK with live trading, so the chart is displayed. Of course, the API connection is also OK, exactly as you have described it here, otherwise I would not be able to trade the GBL. Did it twice today! The problem only occurs with the data from paper trading. They can currently be seen at TWS, so they are supplied by IB! Sierra does not load this data into the live trading chart ("Open Chartbook"). Not even with the "Connect" button. This problem is new (presumably since the Denali Exchange Data Feed) because it worked before. Sorry, we did not understand that this was just an issue with the Paper Trading option within Interactive Brokers. But, we are unable to help with that. It is not something that we specifically support, so if it is not working at this time, then it is not something that we will put any time into figuring out.
