I found my missing chart by tiling the charts, however, there is no header for it. How do I retrieve it?
With the particular chart active (click in it to ensure that it is the active chart), select Chart >> Show Title Bar. This will show the Title Bar and put a checkmark in the Chart menu next to that item showing that it is enabled. I also have a rendering of the chartbook for viewing. Previously, the chart loaded and now it wont, and the chart name listed below does not show up on the chartbook listing. I have updated symbol and uploaded the latest version.
So you are opening the chartbook that should have Chart #35 in it, but it is not showing up. And when you open the Windows >> Windows and Chartbooks window and select the Chartbook in the top, the chart is not showing up in that list? If this is the case, then the chart must have been deleted somehow. You can try a backup of the chartbook and see if you can recover the chart from one of the backups. This sounds like your orders are not showing in the Trade DOM. Make sure that the Trade DOM does not have the option for Trade >> Only Orders from Chart enabled.
