The first thing to do is to open up all the filters so you can see all the information and ensure that something is not being missed due to the filters. Refer to the information here: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity The other thing to do is to look at your Message Log and see if there any messages regarding issues with the Trade Activity Log files. You would just have to scan through the Message Log to find any of these items.
