Each service setting uses a different symbol format, even those that are specifically Sierra Chart related (such as 'SC Data - All Services', 'Trading Evaluator', etc.). It is just due to needs of each service.

Therefore, when changing services and you are getting off the Data/Trade Service Settings page and it asks if you want to update the Symbol Settings, it is best to say 'Yes'.
