Dear Support, I am trying to setup and configure a new Trade Simulator account with Sierra using latest instruction provided in the forum. However, after successfully implementing all required steps I am not able to receive the live data. One problem I have noticed is that in the instruction you have provided there is a step to Set the "Service Settings >> Use Enhanced Trade Simulation Service" to Yes. However, in my Data/Trade Service Setting window the Service Settings field is disabled and I cannot set it to yes (please see attached image). I have a live trading account and currently using Denali data feed with TT routing for my live trading. To configure Trade Simulator I have completed the following steps: 1. Downloaded latest version of Sierra Chart and installed it in a separate folder on the same machine where my live Sierra Chart is currently installed. 2. Created new Trading Simulator account using Trade Account Monitor/ Balances window. 3. Populated all Symbol lists for a new Simulator account with appropriate value limits. 4. Switched connection to Trading Evaluator [trading]. 5. Connected to data feed. The chart book loaded fine, populated all historical data and I am able to place an order in the new Simulator Account, but I am not getting any live real-time data updates. I also have my live Sierra Chart platform connected to real (live) account running on the same machine in parallel, so not sure if this causing a problem or not.
