RIFT , at this point , its time to sell your AMD gpu and get a NVDIA one , Those problem are really hard to fix and for that reason I replace my AMD gpu for an NVDIA. NVDIA drivers are on point, and that is why NVIDIA are usually Pricier. My setup is 5 4k monitor with 12 instance of Sierra chart Plus multiple other program. I have change my video card from a AMD to an 1050 ti , then to a 1060 3gb ( was missing power and ram ) and then to a 1070 ti 8gb . because It really makes a difference when you have a lot of Studies to load. But now , I am thinking about getting a dual 1070 ti. ( one of my screen black out for a sec this morning , this was happening everyday with my 1060 + With more power I will be able to drop my Refresh rate more. ) hope this will help.
