Is there a way to get live ES data without having to upgrade much, connect a trading service, etc?
There is, but it is expensive - you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the Professional exchange option for "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account", which costs $62.40 USD per month. Getting the lower-cost non-professional rates requires having a funded, live, futures trading account in order to qualify for the CME Group rules. Therefore, in order to change that $62.40 to $10.40, you have to have a trading account that you can connect Sierra Chart to once a month.
