The only result will be problems for you, continued waste of time support burden for us, and a poor impression of Sierra Chart.My understanding is that I dont need the Denali feed as this is provided through Rithmic/ OneUp but to use charting (Sierra is my preferred) Id need the standard or advanced Sierra service package. Can you confirm this and also advise the best way to ensure that I switch over disconnecting Denali and activating just a service package (Advanced is what Im intending to proceed with). Is it just a matter of selecting package 5 and ignoring any denali data feed options? what is the difference between Denali Data Feed (attachment 1) contained in the service package and the Denali Exchange Data Feed (attachment 2) that is paid on a monthly basis?
