It sounds like at least you're getting much closer to sorting this out. It also sounds like you do not need the Denali data feed (i.e., Package 10), with your SC subscription; however, I do not know enough about TransAct or EUREX data to confidently confirm that. Sierra Chart or TransAct will help you figure that out. It might be that because you need EUREX data, & TransAct doesn't support that feed, then you need a data feed that does. If you had no problem trading EUREX before with TransAct data- then perhaps you made a mistake in selecting Package 10 upon renewal. Check with TransAct if something changed regarding their support of EUREX data. I will not reply anymore, b/c I do not know anything about TransAct or EUREX exchange data, & I think I've offered all the help I can.
