Friend, you get the charts you want by selecting the package you want.

2nd, if you use your broker's data feed, you set up the charts to be powered by that feed. You paid for X number of months to use Sierra Charts, which can be powered with data via Denali, or your broker's data feed (if it is compatible). There are various reasons someone might want to use Denali data, in lieu of or in tandem with their broker's data feed.

3rd, if you selected a package that includes the charts & Denali data feed, you also need to complete some agreements & select the exchanges you need to trade the instruments/symbols you trade.

4th, when selecting the exchanges, there are many options you need to decide for yourself, depending on what you need, & your budget. For example- do you want the CME to trade the ES? Then, you need to choose from top of book, or depth of market. You also need to identify yourself in this process as a non-professional or professional. It looks like you trade a variety of instruments that are on different exchanges. All of the exchanges have separate exchange fees, & there needs to be a balance on your account with Sierra to cover them monthly, for the duration of your subscription.

Simply paying for Package 10 does not mean you're ready to fire up the charts & go.

Powering Sierra Charts with Denali does not automatically mean you are trading through to your broker via Sierra Charts. There are steps for that, with order routing, if you DO wish to do so.

Although all of these moving parts can be confusing when reading the documentation- it might take reading them slowly & carefully, & perhaps more than one time, to understand how all of this is structured. But you can do it if you try.

Lastly, once a month it is required to log on to your broker through Sierra Chart in order for Denali service to stay active. So you just log on, then you can log back into Denali & you're good for another month.

Hope that helps.
