Hello, Thank you. After doing the steps above I read the message log and noticed that there was a problem with the symbol. The option to translate the symbols when prompted did not work so I changed it manually. After that, the data started to stream. Now I reloaded the Rithmic connection and it translated the symbol and started to stream. It might have been connected to the roll over. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
