Hello, I am not really sure where to post my issue so sorry for reposting it here. I started my SC platform today and I am unable to connect. I use your Denali datafeed, clearing via Rithmic and the platform refuses to connect, I am not sure where the problem is, the data do not stream and the log includes the error code 10053 and 10061. One more thing to add, delayed data stopped showing as well. The platform datafeed is completely dead. Could you please help? Thank you. Hana |
