There is nothing wrong with your chart. This is going to occur when there is a lack of trading in the particular instrument. In this case, this is just due to people moving from the old contract to the new contract. In a day or two (probably tomorrow), the chart will look as you expect it to. We can't speak for Ameritrade and how they determine their charts, but if you take a look at the December contract chart on the CME Group's website, you will see it looks exactly as what you see within Sierra Chart.
