You have signed up to get the U.S. Equities data from us (Sierra Chart) through our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. That data does NOT include the Level 2 Market Depth data. If you want to have the Level 2 data, you will have to get that data from Interactive Brokers for the time being (we are working on a new interface that will have this data, but it is still a few months away). Therefore, you will want to connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers. Follow these instructions to do this: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions You will then need to set the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. After this, you will be getting the data from Interactive Brokers. Note that you will then want to cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Be sure you go through and deactivate the exchange and the connection so you do not pay for the data twice.
