I don't think SC support John's help any better , it is just the regular response with pointing out document reference. Didn't help me much. However User212764 pointed out some valuable tip which help me resolve the problem and that's why User212764 deserves appreciation from me. First of all I like to thank the SC developers who did a tremendous, excellent job on the platform. Equally I like to say the SC SUPPORT IS A BIG DISGRACE WITH THEIR COLD ATTITUDE towards the user here and the same issue in different thread. I think SC support should be more user friendly to the casual computer knowledge users . In that respect I claim myself little bit of an expert so that it didn't take much long to solve the problem compared to a layman user. It is not a free platform, users are literally paying premium , so bring in your customer first healthy attitude. I see a lot better attitude from support in ninja trader forum .
