Hi SC team, first, thanks for such a well thought and detailed charting platform. as a software programmer and system analyst myself, i can appreciate the meticulous work put behind this product. I appreciate your support with below two questions. unfortunately, I am not able to find resolution either in documentation or support board threads Q1> i created a future server side sim account and created symbol limits(as i bypassed margin req settings) for all indexed, treasuries , CL and GC. all symbol are working fine except "MYM" . Somehow for MYM i am getting "No position limit set for symbol" error even though i have set a limit for same in account editor. PFA screenshot attached. can you please look into my sim account and let me know if I am doing anything wrong? all other symbol are configured in similar fashion, so, i believe if other symbols are working then this symbol should also work. Q2> can i created multiple server side simulated futures accounts? i believe answer is NO but cant find it in documentation so just confirming. |
