They will get back to you. have to be patient. Make sure you have latest version. At the top should say Sierra Chart 1107. If not go to "help" "download current version" After update and restart SC go to "global settings" "symbol settings" then click full reset. After that try pulling up the ES see what happens. Oh and pull up the ES new. If it's existing in a chart book have to look up the symbol again under "chart settings" I'm using different data but right now all but the ICE charts seem to be working again for me.
