This does not make sense to us at all. It does not matter where someone is located to receive an updated DLL file that they are authorized for and is distributed through the Sierra Chart web server. They just need to restart Sierra Chart to get any updated files. If there is any problem downloading a particular file, that will be shown in the Window >> Message Log.
