Your EUREX exchange did not renew on September 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time (the exchanges renew on the first day of each month). To add funds to your account, go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated.
