Hello I tried SierraChart for the foot print (order flow) strategy as referred here in this site: https://tradingriot.com/footprint-charts/ Upon installation and account creation I did not have any issues. However after trying the "Numbers Bars" studies and applied it to Binance ETH Futures perp contract chartbook, I was only shown a graph that resembles the footprint chart structure on the aforementioned website, although with jumbled numbers on it. It is disappointing and I have tried reinstalling, trying different tickers, installing without anti virus, tinkering with different background colors, tinkering with chart settings, etc, to no avail. Could you please help me with this issue. Resolution of this would most likely prompt me to subscribe to your services. PS. I was not able to attach a screenshot as my free account has already expired. Hopefully you may have encountered this issue before and may already have an idea. Thank you Best regards |
