You need to change your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. You will then not get the error and you will have access to all your data, plus you will get the delayed streaming data for the CME Group and EUREX. After you change the service, it will ask if you want to update your symbols, be sure you select Yes, as the symbols are different between the different services. When you get setup with the new broker, you will need to go through the setup for whatever trading service you are using, and you will then want to change the symbols again.
