Yes, that is 6E and is traded on the CME exchange within the CME Group. Therefore, you would need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the real-time data at the non-professional rate. Otherwise, you could pay the professional exchange fee ($115.00 USD per month). Or you can use the Delayed Streaming Data at no extra cost. The data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds, but otherwise acts like real-time data.
