Your log just shows the following:
Rithmic Direct - DTC | Sending logon request message. | 2021-08-23 13:44:02.421
DTC Client socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2021-08-23 13:44:02.613

So there is a login request being made, but then nothing returning. Typically if there is a Username/Password issue, we get a response telling us that.

Make sure you have your Username/Password entered for all the data entries on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.

If that does not solve the issue, then try connecting to a different server.

If you continue to have issues, then check with your Broker to find out why you are having trouble connecting to Rithmic.
