This came from a support ticket and the issue you are asking about involves the Trade Activity Log. This is all. You first need to make sure that you are setting the correct Start Date-Time for the Trades list in the Trade Activity Log. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List And then you need to check among all of your order fills from CQG from that date-time and make sure there are not any of them missing. You could have a missing fill. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log You need to go through your log carefully to see if you have a missing fill. If you do, we cannot help with that. That is a CQG limitation and issue.
