-My second screen that was originally set up as an instance and was connected to CQG no longer updates data: error message is "Symbol is unknown, click for symbol information. Symbol Error ESU21-CME is unknown,, unavailable or improperly formatted, symbol is invalid during SubscribeToSymbolDOM. This is very unusual. We have never seen this before. We would need to see the Message Log, but we think the problem is you do not have any exchanges active with the Denali Exchange Data Feed if you are not using CQG data. You can do this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed Let us know if you need help with activating exchanges. -Also, a symbol like ES has an incorrect evening session set up as default setting (4:15PM end time across all chartbooks), I assumed that data gets updated automatically when the exchange changes things? I manually set them to 17:00 end and 18:00 start time, but would be much better if it was an automatic update.
