The first thing that we are wondering is whether you have the "Lock Fill Space" option enabled, as it might be that you are getting the data, but the chart is not scrolled fully forward so you are not seeing the most current bars.

Otherwise, if you are actually having a stoppage in your data flow, then it is most likely going to be a connectivity issue. We would need to see your Message Log when this occurs. Follow these instructions to post your log when you have the issue:
