I installed Sierra Chart on my laptop, and Stream Deck works without any issues, FYI. Must be something on Desktop PC. Oh the joys of isolating this.... :'( I also have 3 instances of Sierra Chart on my desktop. The instance I use every day for futures is the one not working, and the 2nd and 3rd instances work perfectly. Perhaps that helps narrow it down a bit? Is it possible that first instance is corrupted somehow?! Ugh. Never figured out what was wrong with installation 1 and 3, but I did manage to move all files from the 1st installation of Sierra Chart, into the 2nd, which provided a solution, and so now on the installation that I use often, stream deck is working perfectly. In the end, this points to some administrative privilege that I couldn't figure out after doing some deep (for me) dives into the application and folder admin settings.
