Yes, I understand that is what the instructions stated. But since we were not able to reproduce without the studies we need to then see if the studies are causing an issue. We went through all the charts and changed the Number of Days to Load and did not have any issues. We see that you have some custom studies on your charts. We would like for you to try running in Safe Mode and change the Number of Days to Load and see if you crash again. If not, then that would point to one of the custom studies as being the cause of the problem. In terms of changing multiple charts at the same time for the Number of Days to Load, you would want to use the Chart Linking option and link the charts with the same number of days using the Days to Load option.
