I've not been able to get Elgato Stream Deck to activate any shortcut keys in Sierra Chart. I've got 'Trade > Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled' set to ON. I've also made sure shortcut key combinations are not used by the operating system. All shortcuts created in Sierra Chart work perfectly on my keyboard, but not in Stream Deck. Note, I've successfully set up all hotkey buttons for Trading Technologies but for Sierra Chart, no matter what I do, it seems Sierra Chart will not recognize the command from the Stream Deck.
