Sorry for how long this has taken, but we have added the ability to select "Auto Scale the ChartDOM" when just the Market Data Columns are present. This will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2295). We will look into the other requests a bit later. We have not had time to look into them, but we wanted to get this one change out.
